Currently being structured as a reference project in Cyprus, the model combines private residential units with a central service and operations facility (COF) designed to support professional, performance-based SLA operations and infrastructure resilience.
The structure utilizes streamlined maintenance registries and disciplined reserve-fund planning to eliminate operational dependency, reduce historical risk, and maintain the asset's long-term bankability.
My methodology is grounded in over three decades of cross-border execution, strategic sourcing, and technical coordination across Europe, North America, and Asia. Experience includes enterprise infrastructure relocations, international procurement, lifecycle governance, and operational continuity initiatives across corporate, research, healthcare, and energy-sector environments.
